Cancellation Window
You can request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. This gives us enough time to process your request before the order enters the fulfillment stage. Cancellations or changes must be made before the order is shipped or packaged. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or changes.

After Shipment
If your order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. In such cases, we kindly ask that you wait for the item to be delivered, and then you may initiate a return as per our Returns Policy.
Please note that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, item details, or any other aspects of the order. If you need to make a change, you’ll need to follow the return process after receiving the order.
Fees and Penalties
- Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation is requested after the order is processed but before shipment, we reserve the right to apply a small restocking fee for the time spent processing the order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. If you request a cancellation after shipment, any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.
However, cancellations within 24 hours of order placement are free of charge and will result in a full refund of the purchase amount (as per our Refund Policy).
Order Change Scenarios
- Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and you will need to follow our Returns Policy.
- Item Swaps: If you need to change an item in your order (e.g., size or color), this can be done only within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the best option is to cancel the order and place a new one.
