Refund Eligibility & Processing

Once your return is delivered and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we’ll begin processing your refund. Here’s what to expect:

  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days of completing the return inspection.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are credited to the original form of payment used during checkout (e.g., your credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Email Notification: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been released.
  • Bank Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong item or the refund is required by law.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem—just act quickly.

  • Free Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. You must contact us via email or phone during this time.
  • How We Handle It: If the cancellation request is received within the allowed window and the order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we’ll issue a full refund with no penalty.
  • After 24 Hours: We cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to accept the delivery and follow our Return Policy to initiate a return.

Refund Exceptions & Edge Cases

To keep our return process secure and fair for all, we reserve the right to decline refunds in specific cases:

  • Return Not Approved: If your return does not meet our return criteria (e.g., the item is used, missing original packaging, or otherwise ineligible), your refund will be denied, and the product may be sent back to you.
  • Hygiene-sensitive Items: For reasons of health and safety, certain product types (e.g., swimwear, undergarments, earrings) are final sale once opened and are not refundable.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns submitted without prior approval or an RMA may be rejected and not refunded.
