Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer two convenient shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Delivery
- Handling Time: 1–7 business days
- Transit Time: 14–21 business days
- Flat Rate: $4.99
- Fast Delivery
- Handling Time: 1–7 business days
- Transit Time: 10–15 business days
- Flat Rate: $14.99
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time Calculation
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
For example, a Fast Delivery order with a 2-business-day handling time and 10-business-day transit time will take approximately 12 business days from the ship date to arrive.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-5) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. During Daylight Saving Time (Eastern Daylight Time), the time zone corresponds to GMT-4.
Order Processing
- Processing Days: Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays)
- Order Confirmation: An email confirmation is sent immediately after placing your order. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
- Peak Periods: Processing may take longer during holidays or promotional events.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Orders requiring personalization or custom work may need additional processing time depending on the complexity. Our team will notify you via email if your order experiences a delay beyond the standard handling window.
Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Only: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (48 states).
- Unavailable Destinations: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
- No International Shipping: All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.
- No PO Boxes or Military Addresses: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. A valid street address is required.
Orders to restricted addresses may be canceled.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Please allow 1–2 business days after processing for tracking information to be sent.
- Carriers typically scan parcels into their network within 3–7 business days. Tracking details may not appear until then.
- If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Delayed Orders: If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us promptly so we can assist in locating it.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
- We will attempt to contact you if your address is incomplete or invalid, which may delay fulfillment.
- Gardenleap is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from customer-provided address errors.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it may be restocked or disposed of at the carrier’s discretion.
- A re-shipping fee applies if you wish to have the order resent after a return.
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you request redirection or forwarding after shipment.
